1. 2-Day Transit Damage & Defect Claim

We take utmost care in packaging, but if your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, you must adhere to the following strict requirements:

2. 6-Month Quality Warranty

We offer a dedicated 6-month warranty on our jewelry to cover manufacturing and quality issues.

  • Warranty Period: 6 months from the date of delivery.

  • Covered Issues: Replacement is offered if the jewelry gets tarnished due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period.

  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper storage, accidents (e.g., dropping or harsh chemicals), or normal wear and tear.

 

3. Resolution and Processing

For claims validated under either the 2-Day Transit Damage & Defect Claim or the 6-Month Quality Warranty, the following steps apply:

  • Mandatory Return: Replacement or refund processing will only begin AFTER we have received the original product back at our facility and verified the reported issue.

  • Resolution: We reserve the right to offer either a replacement of the exact same product (subject to availability) or a full refund for the product cost.

  • Processing Time: Once the returned product is received and the claim is validated, we will process the replacement shipment or the refund amount within 4 to 5 working days.

 

4. General Return Conditions
